Refund & cancellation policy

Service provider
WASLA is provided in Saudi Arabia by Al Tawasul International (شركة التواصل العالمي), CR no. [to be added], VAT no. [to be added]. Prices are in Saudi riyals; VAT is added as required by law.
Annual subscription
The annual subscription and its renewals are paid by bank transfer and activated once the transfer is confirmed.
You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of activation, provided no document has been analyzed and no data has been submitted to the National Tourism Monitoring Platform in that period.
After that, the remaining period is not refunded and the account stays active until the end of the paid period.
The AI credit included in a plan is part of the subscription; it is not exchangeable for cash or refundable separately.
AI credit top-ups
Credit is topped up online through the Moyasar payment gateway (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) and added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
You may request a refund of a top-up within 14 days of payment if none of it has been used.
Credit already consumed analyzing documents is not refundable, because the analysis has been performed. Credit is deducted by the AI usage of each document, shown in the credit history inside the platform.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged more than once, or charged without the credit being added, we refund the excess in full after verification, regardless of the periods above.
How to request a refund, and timing
Send your request to support with your company name and the payment or transfer reference; we reply within 5 business days.
Once approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method: mada cards within 24 hours to 3 business days, credit cards within 7 to 14 business days, bank transfers to the originating account.
Refunds include the related VAT and are documented with a credit note.
