Last updated: 29 October 2026

Definitions

  • Platform or WASLA: the WASLA financial disclosure platform for the hospitality sector, including its website, application and connected AI engine.
  • Provider / we: Al Tawasul International (شركة التواصل العالمي), CR no. [to be added], VAT no. [to be added].
  • Customer: the subscribing company, represented by its account administrator.
  • User: anyone the customer gives an account on the platform.
  • National Platform: the National Tourism Monitoring Platform (NTMP) of the Ministry of Tourism.
  • AI credit: a prepaid balance in SAR, deducted for automatic document analysis.

Acceptance

By using or subscribing to the platform you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Accounts and users

  • Customer accounts are created by the WASLA team; a password change is required at first sign-in.
  • The customer is responsible for the users it adds, their permissions and the confidentiality of passwords.
  • Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use of an account.
  • The number of facilities allowed depends on the plan.

Plans and subscription

Subscriptions are annual. Prices are in Saudi riyals plus VAT. The subscription and its renewals are paid by bank transfer and activated once the transfer is confirmed.

If a subscription ends without renewal, access is suspended and data is kept as described in the privacy policy.

We may change prices for new subscriptions or at renewal, with prior notice; a change never applies to a paid period.

AI credit

  • Each plan includes yearly AI credit, added automatically when the subscription is activated or renewed.
  • Credit is deducted by the actual AI usage of each document (tokens), at the rates shown in the platform at the time of analysis; every deduction appears in the credit history.
  • Extra credit can be bought online through the Moyasar payment gateway.
  • If the credit is not enough to start a new analysis, automatic analysis pauses until a top-up; Excel general-ledger import stays available without credit.
  • Credit cannot be transferred to another customer or exchanged for cash except under the refund policy.

AI and human review

The AI reads documents and suggests entries and accounts. These results are suggestions and may contain errors. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving them; no entry is approved or sent to the National Platform without an authorized user's approval.

The platform is an assistance tool and is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

National Platform connection

WASLA is an independent platform, not a government entity. Submissions to the National Platform use each facility's credentials provided by the customer, who is responsible for their correctness and for the data submitted.

We do not guarantee the availability or responses of the National Platform and are not liable for delays or rejections caused by it or by changes to its requirements.

Customer data

Customer data and documents remain the customer's property. The customer authorizes us to process them only as needed to provide the service, under the privacy policy.

The customer confirms it has a lawful basis to upload documents and the third-party data they contain, such as guest and supplier data.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload forged documents or data you are not entitled to use.
  • Do not try to access other customers' data, bypass permissions or test the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Do not resell the service or make it available to anyone other than the customer's users.
  • Do not use the platform for any purpose that breaches Saudi law.

Availability and support

We take reasonable care to keep the platform available around the clock; it may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Support is provided through the contact details below on official working days.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and brand belong to the provider and its partners. The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the subscription period only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss caused by improper use of the platform. Our total liability to a customer does not exceed the amounts it paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or non-payment, after notice unless the breach needs immediate action. The customer may stop renewal at any time; refunds follow the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute, after an attempt to settle it amicably.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, will show the date of the last update at the top, and will notify company administrators of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
